At the tail of the variable day-night war, the engineer compressed every lesson of four cards into a portable edict — the goal being to hand the whole folder plus one novel to any agent, fully automatic until delivery. Two regressions caught along the way: zod.js broken by a placeholder substitution, and EXTRAS_DIR dual-path not reaching the toolkit root.
