The Novel Overseas Roadmap: From Tomato 855 Fallen Accounts to Royal Road Labeling

Two parallel researches with twelve rounds of live Google verification plus official-page direct access: domestically there is no warning-only tier — graded penalties go straight to permanent ban (Tomato processed 855 AI accounts in one sweep and rejected 112,700 in June; Qidian delisted a hundred AI novels with over 10,000 average subscriptions; Jinjiang issued the first AI-assist creation rule), while abroad KDP declaration is zero-risk, Royal Road is label-based, and Tapas announced its 2027 shutdown. The roadmap is set: RR labeled training → Patreon subscriptions → KDP completion → Payoneer settlement, with the four bots mapped to planning/writing/review/data and a human layer of ten to fifteen minutes a day.
