The Non-Pro Cage: The Auto-Reopening System Proxy

Two switches should be independent, but in non-pro mode they became conjoined twins — you turn off the system proxy, it reopens itself within seconds; the opt-out marker you leave is deleted by the system at every boot. The only persistent key is called Pro Mode.
